- Probably one of the worst experiences/interactions I have ever had with another human being! Worst customer service ever! I changed my mind about parking once I found out it would cost $50 for two hours, on a Saturday afternoon, in an area not terribly busy. Mind you, my car was parked within the entrance of the lot. I asked the parking lot attendant known as "Eddie" to return my keys and I would return the ticket receipt. He became so upset that he said "Give me the f****in ticket!". When I mistakenly returned the ticket on the dashboard, instead of the ticket receipt, in exchange for my keys, he became even more upset, snatching the ticket from hand and in the process, scratching my inner wrist. Yelling again "I need the other ticket! Give me the f****in ticket!" and advanced towards me aggressively. At that point I quickly got back into my car and locked my doors in fear of what he might do next. I told him I was calling 911 once he blocked my car with a sign that prevented me from reversing my car through the entrance. He finally removed the sign once he realized his actions were uncalled for and would get him in trouble. I had the police deal with him afterwards!
