490 Post Steet Garage

 - Worst parking garage ever. Would rate 0 stars if I could. The 3 Filipino employees are extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and rude. They will try their best to rip you off whenever they can. Parked my car at a spot whereby it didn’t block any other cars to take out all my belongings and accidentally took my car key along with me. Ran back after 10 min and they told me in a passive aggressive way that I’m too late and they charged me $50 on top of the three days of parking which I had purchased ($35 per day)! I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to park here.

 - Very rude employees.

 - I attended a party at the Marine's Memorial Club on a Friday night. I appreciated the speed and recovery of my car and GREAT service. I was greeted at 6:00 by friendly staff who took excellent care of my car. When I returned at 10:30 P.M. I was verbally harassed and pestered by a "street person" who follwed me into the waiting area as I presented my blue claim check. I ignored and made zero eye contact with this Caucasian 40-year-old who persisted on having a conversation with me. The 490 Post Street Garage valet proceeded quickly to retrieve my car and help me to the safety of my locked car. The "street person commented, "What a nice ride." By this time approximately 5 minutes, the street person exited, and the valet ran out of the driveway to usher me out to safety. I am so sad about the state of affairs in our downtown area of San Francisco. I am a 5th generation native and thank you for helping me last night.

 - CROOKS. literally crooks. they make you pay more once you come back to get your car. We had to call SFPD on them because they got angry and violent throwing things and yelling at us. They stole an iPad out of my friends trunk a month ago as well. They have a ton of complaints with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY. they advertise cheaper parking but will make you pay more when returning to get your vehicle. then they play games and give you a phone number for their manager which is just their phone number in their booth. Cops stated that they have problems at this garage weekly.

 - Crooks. Plain and simple. They will lie about pricing and keep your car over it. Be attending actually got violent in through an LED light at my friend and I when we disputed fraudulent charges we had to call the police on them because of the violence and aggression

 - THIS WORKS! Close to Union Square....shopping and dining. Make a reservation and leave your car knowing it won't be towed or vandalized. And no worries about "finding a place to park". Reserve your spot online and show up. Truly....this works.
