 - I came back to my car after a late night photo shoot and the security guard who let me in actually FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR. It was horrible. He kept hitting on me saying he could "be my man", it was weird. Crazy thing was, he said he was 34, and then later said he was actually 49. He kept asking personal questions like where I lived and was HIGHLY inappropriate with me. He told me to "come back any time" and I'm LITERALLY NEVER coming back because of him. Tall black dude... looks like someone's uncle. I'd like to make an official report on this matter. I did not feel safe AT ALL. I couldn't get out of there fast enough...

 - It is completely unclear how it works! When trying to get help with entering the garage, nobody came to help me. After calling the office thrice, nobody contacted me to help. Had to wait 20 mins to enter the garage. Please please please just put up a sign that you need to get a ticket when you've made a reservation! The garage itself is a bit low (my car is small, but I wouldn't enter with a pick-up) and the garage itself is also a bit sketchy (no wonder in Downtown of course, surrounded by homeless people). I saw a homeless guy coming out of the garage when I tried to enter. Security guy was extremely nice and helpful, he made the day by helping me out. Still wouldn't park here again though.

 - Parked here on a Saturday. Was a little confusing at first since you have to take a ticket to enter the garage (otherwise the gate is closed), but the parking attendant and security guards were all really nice and helpful. Great place to park. Would park here again if I was in the area and needed parking.

 - Going to Pershing Square this is a good option. Drive down, they valet your car. Simple as that.
