 - I left my car here overnight and cash I left to keep safe was stolen from the console when I went to pick it up. Someone literally opened it up, dug to the bottom, and took it. I stayed in the lot and waited for the supervisor to come to file a report. He told me off the bat that they are not liable for anything that is stolen or damaged IN the car. I asked if that meant it's ok to steal and that it's an odd policy to have as the car and belongings in the car should be safe. I asked for a refund at least for the fee I paid to pick up the car and he refused. Do not go here. They literally have rules in place that make it ok to have your belongings stolen from your car.

 - Prepaid for 12 hpur parking via Best Parking. Upon leaving (after only 3 hour stay) and presenting my prepaid barcode, the attendant charged me an extra $10 and wouldn’t give me my car unless I paid, basically charging me the full, non-discounted rate. This is bait and switch, aka fraud. Do not park here as tne attendants are theives.

 - Most unprofessional place ever. Light was green so we went down for them to start screaming at us to back up. Two cars behind us we couldn’t back up & they had another car coming straight towards us. Were not listening to us when we were trying to explain that we had a reservation. Decided to scream “well it’s cancelled now” without any explanation whatsoever. Horrible business. Extremely rude. Learn how to communicate without screaming and being rude & Learn how to manage a parking garage that’s what you are there for.

 - I parked here on 3/13/2020 around 4:45pm. The attendants are incredibly rude. As we pulled in, we got different instructions from each instructor. They were upset because we did not pull up, but there was someone walking in front of the car. Then, I apologized to one of the attendants and said that I did not hear him well. The attendant rudely said to pay attention to his hand signals not the way he talks and when I passed him my phone he rudely grabbed it. This place is cheaper than a few parking lots in the area for a reason. Please beware.

 - The entire backside of my car was scratched it was obvious the attendant backed into the blue parking racks several times with my vehicle. I have a garage for my car so I know the damage was done by the attendant.

 - Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Horrible garage attendee. He had a horrible attitude. Poor customer service!!!! He made me leave and cancel my reservation due to his approach in speaking to me and my husband. He argued with us and was completely disrespectful!! He should not have job dealing with people. He should work with animals!! I am still in shock about how he treated us!! He needs to attend a training on how to be kind and receptive to people. A training on how to socialize and talk to people. A training on how to treat customers!! I want to be sure that he faces some type of consequence with management because he cannot get away with treating people the way he treated us!! He needs to be addressed!!!!
