 - Parking in the lot was easy. The building connected to the lot is nice and well taken care of. My main reason for only giving 3 stars is the experience I had getting OUT of the lot. We parked here for 3 days and the day we went to leave, we couldn't. We kept scanning our code under the ParkingPanda scanner and the gate would not lift up. We called customer service at ParkingPanda and although pleasant, they were not able to lift the gate on their end either. We rang over the intercom and the woman who answered was extremely rude and kept talking over us. Finally after waiting a half hour, someone from the taxi service came and pulled a ticket on the other side so we could use it to get out. Overall a horrible experience leaving and delayed our entire morning. The taxi driver also acted like we were a burden to his day, not sure if he is employed by the company or not, but someone called him to let us out. The scanner on the exit of this parking garage needs replaced! It's all scratched up, probably why our QR code would not scan or be read.
