 - This lot is crooked, in my opinion. They offered discounted rates and then tried to gouge me with extra charges. I recommend you stay away from this place.

 - BEWARE - if paying with Best Parking - read the fine print. I purchased 2 parking appointments (sessions) back to back and when I went to pay, the garage said they could not accept because one was an extension of the other. In the end I was forced to pay the full price at the garage and also paid for the tickets through Best Parking - a double charge!

 - I trusted this garage to care for my vehicle while I had a monthly parking plan. I had received my vehicle in return with specks of paint on my car. I had also received my vehicle with stains, spots and crackled marks from the decaying plaster in the garage. Additionally, having seen leaves caught in the space behind the hood made me question where are they parking my vehicle. I had requested to be reimbursed for having my paint to be cleaned and repaired and they lie claiming they cleaned my vehicle. They did no such thing. Such liars. I drove off with my vehicle looking a mess. Be aware of this garage and do not park here if you have a nice car and care about it. Stay away. The people who work in the main office are rude as well.
