 - I used Best Parking app to reserve a spot here so opening and closing the gate from the app was no issue. However, beware that you do have to park the car yourself and it might take a few minutes of driving around to find an available spot. The spots are EXTREMELY tight, corners are sharp, so if you are driving anything that is not a compact car, be careful. Our car got scratched on the side while we parked it there for 6 hours - probably from another car trying to get in or out. No way to knowing.

 - This garage needs to be shut down. My experience happened yesterday, 12/9/18 between 2:00pm and 2:30pm I drove around for twice trying to find a spot. The parking was extremely tight, the ceiling was low. The turns are very sharp. I didn't feel comfortable in this garage at all. I tried to get out of the garage twice. I had a severe anxiety attack and cried, begging the parking lot attendant to let me out. He refused to lift the gate and said I had to pay him for driving around for 15 minutes. He made me back my car up to a spot that he found for me. I could barely get out of my car after that horrible ordeal. I wanted to just sit in my car and cry. How could this person be allowed to work here? He held me hostage from leaving the parking garage. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I'm still shaking today and woke up crying from this event. I called and left two messages to file a complaint. No one has called me back. This can't be allowed to happen. Not to me, not to anyone.

 - This is one of the worst parking lots in Philadelphia! The spots are so small and narrow. You can barely drive through the lanes without fearing that your car will be hit. The paint on the arrows are not too visible, so you become lost trying to navigate your way through the terrible tight lot. Tip!! The first floor was where we parked; which seems best for compact cars.

 - One star is generous...Do not pay in cash! The machine malfunctioned and didn't give me my $16 in change. When we talked to the employee to get the change and explain the situation, he was rude and not helpful. He actually told me that I needed to move my vehicle out of the garage, as if the ticket would self destruct and they wouldn't be able to let me out. When I refused to leave without my change, he told me that I was rude. I will never use this garage again. You pay way to much to be treated the way we were treated and to not have someone who can help you in a situation like this. I paided $24 for 2 and a half hours and he was telling me that if I didn't leave, I'd have to pay again. Never again!

 - Went in and the gate didn't work, so couldn't get parking validated. Attendant was rude.
