 - I was told $25 to park on the 23 of May 2020,checked my account this morning and $45 was taken out of my account. I am highly upset. When called to speak to a manager the person that I spoke to was very rude. I will never park my vehicle at this car lot again.

 - Terribly inefficient parking lot run by a couple of geriatric iambeciles!!

 - Used this garage while attending a college basketball game at Barclays. When I arrived to pick up my car, the attendant very casually dropped that she hit my car against one of their parking racks, leaving a large dent on the side. She said that they have a mechanic that they could have fix it, or they would pay for the repair. Being that I am from Pennsylvania, I had to go home and try have them pay for the repair. They filled out an incident report, did not provide a copy of the report, and told me that the manager would call me by noon the following day. I did not receive a call and the manager did not answer my phone call. I did receive an email within the next couple days. After the "investigation", they said that they could send me a check for $150. This was not enough for the repair and not even enough to cover my deductible for my insurance company. They were not willing to increase that amount either, so I was stuck paying more out of my own pocket for an issue that I did not cause, and taking the $150 check and be done with it. They did not provide me with their insurance information, which is something that I should have pressed for initially. This seems like a situation that happens regularly, so I do not recommend using this garage.
