- Nothing at all good to say about this garage. Poor security, rude employees, and rates that are inexplicably variable depending on the whims of the machine when you leave (and always MUCH higher than other garages nearby). Got burned twice by Colony Square parking charges and now avoid the entire place all together.

- Pulled in last night to find a restaurant for my daughters birthday. Didn't find the restaurant Establishment. Circled around and got behind a car trying to exit, who's ticket kept popping out. Then went to the 14th street exit, the machine took my ticket. When I called for help, the lady was extremely rude. She accused me of lying, hung up on me 3 times. Then when she came down, I soon realized it was not because she was going to try and help, but because she was looking for trouble. Please fix your machines, and if they aren't working, make sure you have people who are trying to be helpful. It's a job for her. For me, it was personal. She intentionally made us sit at that gate until I threatened to call the police. I was happy to pay for my 15 mins if she could retrieve my ticket. Unbelievable.

- Do Not Park Here. There are no security cameras on the premises to monitor break-ins or crime inside the garage. On 9/6/2020 my car was broken into while parked inside the Colony Square garage while I stayed at The W midtown hotel. The security staff Terry although a little too late on the scene was helpful but once he referred me to management it was a different tone. Dominique was at first concerned but once I asked about checking with security for camera footage she changed her demeanor and tone. No one was empathetic from Dominique to Zack the OM who said it was out of their hands. I asked How so when the security property has the means and decision making power to Install more cameras to monitor the premises. Im sure my car won’t be the last to get broken into but I plan to escalate this issue so that some type of light can be shown onto this unsafe, unmonitored garage. Imagine what other incidents have or could take place given the fact people know they can get away with crimes inside this garage.

- They over charged me. For 7 hours I was charged $38 and the daily max is posted to be $22 . I paid $44 the night before and my car had been parked for two full days. So why when I re enter and leave I'm charged $38
