 - Pathetic Atlantic Parking Service Atlantic Parking's service is downright pathetic, with staff shamelessly displaying dishonesty and incompetence across multiple locations. Communication with this company is an utter nightmare, as employees spew false information and utterly fail to address concerns. Their greedy practice of overselling parking spots leads to an infuriating shortage of spaces, despite their outrageous fees, causing customers to question the worth of their services. Attempting to contact their so-called representative, Michael Maresca, was an exercise in futility, with unanswered messages and a constantly full voicemail box, exposing their appalling customer service. Securing a refund for my deposit was a maddening experience. It took over six months and was only resolved after I hounded them relentlessly. Their primary concern is shamelessly milking customers for payments rather than providing any semblance of quality service. To make matters worse, persistent technical issues plagued one facility, and Atlantic Parking utterly failed to resolve the problem, resulting in the building being fined $590 by the DC Department of Buildings. Inquiries about responsibility were met with baffling confusion and blatant contradictions. In conclusion, I vehemently warn against using Atlantic Parking, as their abysmal professionalism and gross inefficiency will inevitably lead to a miserable experience, no matter the location.

 - **Theft Alert** Avoid this place if you are a traveler or anyone else. Had expensive items (laptop and more) stolen from the trunk of our car. Could only have been by the attendant that you give the key to as there were no signs of breaking in and no items showing in the car for someone to target it. The people here are very shady characters. Instead of trying to help or say sorry, they tried to blame us that we left it somewhere else. Of course there are no cameras to watch the cars. A police report was filed for the stolen items but we are never going to see them again. Honestly with this experience I don't think I would use this service ever again. It puts a big target on you back that you are not a regular to the garage or area
