 - I love these lots - bus are regular and quick to pick up - it is close to airport and I love it. At times lot A is full, just go to lot B

 - Never ever again will they see a dime of my money. Stopped there to drop off two bags for my son who had parked there for several days (and spent quite a bit of money doing so). I was told 5 minutes or less would be free .. no problem. Dropped off two bags at his car, which was near the exit. It literally took us less than a minute. Went to exit and there was a line of 5 or so cars waiting to get out and the machine apparently was not working as there was an attendant taking care of each transaction. Every car had some sort of issue, so we waited in line for a good 6-7 minutes before we got to the front to exit. I explained that I was in the lot for 1 minute, but waited in line for 6-7 minutes just to get out. They insisted that I pay the $2 hourly fee because I was there for more than 5 minutes (which of course was not my fault). This isn't about the $2, but about the inability for this ridiculous place to use common sense with their customers and provide actual customer service. They got their $2 but will never get any more money from me, my family or any of my friends. There are plenty of other options. Congratulations.

 - I travel quite frequently and always park in SuperSaver parking. I have had the great fortune to get Randy as a driver on several occasions. He is, without fail, always very pleasant, friendly, helpful and a wonderful ambassador for your shuttle service! No matter what someone may say to him (and it's not always pleasant), he always responds with a kind and positive response. What a pleasant way to start, or end, a trip away from home! The shuttle service has always been dependable, and Randy is a GEM!

 - Drivers both ways were very cordial. Waited very short period in lot, a little longer at terminal. However, very nice lounge available while waiting.

 - I've stood on Super Saver buses many times when they were crowded. The driver last night would not let two other people and myself on the bus at the terminal. He said it was a federal law people could not stand in the bus. This was after I stood in the wrong area in near zero degrees because the signage directing me to the pick up area is confusing.

 - We have used this parking lot for the last 15 years and the drivers are always friendly and helpful. The Only down side is the wait for the shuttles at the airport. The last couple times we have had to wait more than 15 minutes for a shuttle to arrive to pick up and we had to wait for the next shuttle because there were so many people waiting. Several other companies had shuttles every couple of minutes. Very disappointed.

 - I've used this lot about a dozen times. Never had any issues. spaces are a bit tight and lot had a few potholes. Easy in, and easy out. Shuttle service is pretty fast. Have never waited more than 5 minutes whether arriving or departing.
