 - The top level and half of the 2nd (public) level has been taken over by Getaround. Good luck finding a spot after 10AM.

 - Our car was broken into, window smashed, lock ripped out of the door, all within 72 hours. The staff was very responsive in cleaning up the glass, but a break in? In a monitored parking garage? It says that criminals will stop at nothing no matter the best efforts of security. DC is not as crime free as I thought.

 - I purchased a Parkme reservation for Nov 8. It would be great if you can scan the barcode that's given to check in and check out. I had to push for a regular ticket to enter, plus wait for the attendant to check me out. This need to be corrected some how!

 - I used the parking panda app and parked here to pick up my aunt from Amtrak. Initially I had some trouble getting into the garage as the main entrance is under construction. I called Parking Panda and they were wonderful about the issue. I was able to get in the bus/taxi entrance without difficulty. The garage is very convenient to Union Station. Will definitely use this garage and this app again!

 - we used panda parking instructions which were incomplete and confusing. the employee's at the structure were very helpful and it would have been a big problem without their help. we used Airbnb and our host seemed to not be aware of this LARGE parking structure so very near their rental ( 3 blocks!) when we asked them where we could stash our car for three days ( we drove to DC for a long weekend) .
