- Absolutely ridiculous. Had to give 1 star because it wouldn't let me put zero. Drove by and gates were up, no attendants, the screen said to drive through, so we figured after a certain time it was free or something was wrong with the gate. We ended up getting a $25 charge (only there for 2 hours on a weekday) as well as a $70.25 failure to pay parking fare charge mailed to us. I would have gladly paid the $25....or found somewhere else to park because that fee is insane for a couple hours on a weekday when no events were even going on. But $95?! It's not like we knowingly got in and out without paying a fee we were supposed to pay, I didn't even know that was possible in a parking garage. This happened to multiple friends this evening. Seems like they're just out for our money. I emailed a dispute (because apparently you can't talk to someone on the phone about it, which is just silly) and they offered us to just pay $50. And later in the email offered a code for 50% off next time we park there...as if we even want to give them our business in the future. If anything, we should only have to pay the normal rate for the time we parked there.

- Parked here to attend Monster Jam at Ford Field last week. Got back to the parking lot at 10 pm and didn't get out until 11:30. Not worth the money when there are so many better options within blocks without a standstill 90 min wait to get out.

- I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone to check the Christmas parking rates, so I figured it would be at least $10 to park - WRONG... It turned out to be $25 to park for 3 hours - 2pm to 5pm. Be careful.... there are thieves lurking in those parking structures.

- I went here the other day to take pictures for a photography class, we went to the top and the moment we got up there a security guard came up to us telling us we couldn't be up there due to some "Incident", he wouldn't tell us what had happend, he just said watch the news tonight it'll be on channel 4 (It wasn't), so we were forced to move down a level we were on that floor for like 10 minutes until another security guard came to us telling us we had to leave immediately. We asked if we could get a refund because we were barely there for 10 minutes but they rudely said no. and then when we left I was charged for a full day even though I was only there for about 10 minutes. This experience ruined our whole trip because after this we were unable to find convenient and the rest of the trip was compromised. And I am still trying to find out what had happened It was not on any news channel that night, or the next day, and nowhere on the internet either. (almost as if nothing had happened)

- Very artsy. But you can walk in without paying and check it out. And that's the only way I'd recommend you ever go into this parking structure. I've been screwed into paying the daily max, regardless of how long my car was in there. And how do you prove that to a machine when there's a line of cars behind you? There isn't always an attendant. I had parking validation to waive the cost this last time, so I thought I'd try this lot again. When it wouldn't accept my validation, an attendant came over to see why I was holding up the line. I showed her that it was showing the daily max again and not taking my validation. She LAUGHED at me and just said that it wasn't her fault. Before she walked away, she reached out and pushed the "accept charges" button to run the amount on my credit card! I couldn't believe it. This place is the absolute worst. DO NOT PARK HERE!

- Worst start to our group night in Detroit. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to park here.Caravan down for a Handlebar experience...parking lot ONLY accepts cc ONE time. Tried to help our friends from out of town that only brought cash and ran my debit card for them only to find out that I COULD NOT enter the garage because they only accept your cc once. Had to scramble around Detroit to find another place to park...which wasn’t easy because there were 4 other structures closed. Then my carload left for the night and our friends that did get to park in Z’s didn’t know they needed my cc to EXIT the structure...If this is the way they run their business then they better rethink it for the people that use recommendations from businesses around them.

- Beautiful, spacious lot, but too expensive. $20 for 3hr parking. Will not frequent downtown businesses Detroit due to this reason.

- Best parking for any event down town. We always park right under the security cameras too. Easy to get to , safe, lit up, very clean and super friendly attendants!

- Parking at the Z was easy in and out. Place was clean and well lit. Only negative was reservation was twice the price for Parking. Cash customers paid $ 10 ....Parkme was $ 21 total.

- Easy parking. The only issue we had was the barcode would not scan. Called for assistance, showed our reservation, and we were let in.
