Reviews
 - Lot randomly opens and closes depending on who is working. Had to Uber home because they closed earlier than the concert I went to. They also closed earlier than they posted. The next day I had to rearrange my schedule around when they said they would open to get my car back. I called multiple times and when someone picked up, they were very rude and informal. Staff carry themselves unprofessionally (they were nice to me), but I can easily see how the bad egges would take valuables. I did not have anything stolen from my car as I didn't hand them my keys and they guided me into a parking spot (thankfully). Terrible and unprofessional business that takes advantage of its location. If they were located elsewhere, they would go out of business immediately. Do yourself a favor and park elsewhere. Use an open ungated lot, street parking, automatic parking lot, absolutely anywhere else but here. Heck, it would be better to just feed Boston's predatory parking ticket scheme than to park here. Avoid at all costs.

 - Made a reservation through SpotHero, but when I arrived they said the garage was Full and refused to give me a spot. SpotHero refunded my money. Attendants were very rude and all but ignored me when I arrived.

 - I work across the street at a redtaraunt and i park in the small lot next to this garage owned by the same people every time i work. I go in and usually hand them cash and have no issues. Today i paid as i always do in the garage and then went into work, a few hours later the man from the garage walks over to my work telling me my car is being towed calling me a liar and saying i did not pay. I did pay and told him to check the camera footage. I’m so disgusted by this, i then had to lose my money i paid to park in this lot, move to the street and then go back to work to come out to a 60 dollar parking ticket. Do not trust these people they are disgusting and will steal your money. I plan on taking further action with this situation. Bunch of snakes that work here

 - Parked there for Red Sox game and left my Ray Bans in the car. When we returned, they were gone. Had I known they were going to steal my sunglasses, pretty sure I would not have tipped him. If you park there, don't leave valuables. (and there needs to be a 0 or negative star option)

Got to the garage and the door was shut and when I called the company I was told they weren’t open that day. I said I had made a reservation and they told me that was a mistake. Found another lot and when I left from my event I saw people driving out of this garage. They lied to me and gave my reserved spot to someone else. Save your money, horrible business practice

 - Stole half my keys off my keychain, silly me for thinking I could trust valet parking with more than my car key! Manager and garage won't return my calls. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else.
