 - Spots usually fill up pretty quickly on the first level. Also, they make it harder than it has to to cancel your monthly payment.

 - I use this garage for monthly parking since I work in downtown. At first I was very upset with the elevator situation, until I found out the reason the elevator was out-of-service, was due to a homeless person setting it on fire (accidentally) over the winter some time back. This requires the entire gutting of the shaft as well as bringing in a giant crane to work on it. Aside from the elevator being out (which ABM advises the hope it will be finished by fall 2018), ABM has made alot of updates to the garage as far a cleanliness, new ample lighting, ect.

 - The elevators are still out of service at the Linden Street Garage after a year (at least). There was a report on channel 16 news in mid-May about the elevators being non-functional for at least 8 months. It is now almost mid-September. The TV news report featured a 77-year old man who was disabled but was forced to take the stairs with great difficulty. Seems to me this is a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. NDC, the national non-profit which hired ABM to manage this garage, is walking on thin ice, as far as I can tell. Another thing, the kiosk where you pay your parking fee doesn't function properly either. On 3 occasions, I have tried to get a receipt without success. PS ... to ABM manager "Pat" ... I'm still waiting for your call-back after you "return from lunch." You have my phone number; I left it, along with my name, when I phoned your office around 2:15 today (Wed 9-6-17).
