- Zero stars if I could. I wouldn't park in this garage if they paid me. The operating "firm" (lead by a man, I promise you!) uses a female front to field phone calls-- and they never ever call back -- See, they say? No complaints

- Park elsewhere. This unstaffed parking garage held me hostage. It would not accept my debit card or either of my credit cards or my husband's credit card. My credit rating is not an issue I can assure you. No one answers the phone at 377-0396 -- they just pick up the receiver and put it down. The call number on the kiosk 745-7800 is staffed by a pleasant young woman who contacts her employer by email only, so she can't help with any problem.

- Very nice and has electric charge station for vehicles while parked inside.

- This garage is horrible! Besides the filth, the main gate has been broken for months!!! Yesterday one of the gates to leave was broken as well and there was a line to get out. This is where jurors are told to park and this is what they get to deal with. Come on Gainesville, you can do better than this!!
