- Absolutely a load of crap, scan the code to high to scan, pay when you get back, cannot find anywhere to pay for it. If this is the best they can do surprised they are still in business

- New to the area and popped in to get some food for the office, last time i visit this ASDA, can not believe you need to pay to go into a supermarket, was in there 8 minutes and got charged £70. I know its my own fault but its the only ASDA i have ever visited that you need to pay to shop!! Will never go back again, they will miss out on thousands of pounds i would have spent through my company

- have just recieved £70 fine for driving through asda carpark on 10/6/2022 driving through to gain access to hawthorn road and then access to northmead and then victoria road and collect a co worker and return back though northmead then into hawthoen road and then through asda carpark , at no time did i park its the same journey i have done for the last 8 years and the same journey twice a day so now they are charging to simply drive through avoid this site unless you are shopping only

- Visited Princes Mead car park on 23rd April. All parking machines adjacent to Asda were out of order, so was unable to register the time of leaving. As a result have received a parking fine of £75, for a visit which should have cost 50p. Horizon Parking extremely unhelpful, and their appeal scheme is not worth the paper it is written on as financed by the parking operators. Have since heard that their machines are always out of order, so you and other occupants of Princes Mead must be losing business as a result of their apparently deliberate policy of leaving their machines unprepared

- I also made the mistake of leaving the car park having forgotten to pay. On the horizon parking web site it appears you need to click 'Book a Parking Space', you can enter the same day and an earlier time, but it appears you need to remember the time you entered and left!

- Went into Asda Farnborough on way home to south coast. Didn't know I had to pay for car park. No info on Asda receipt, Asda don't answer the phone to Customers. Rang carpark next door & was told had 24 hrs to pay. He gave me phone no. for Horizon Parking. 23rd Dec & they're closed for the holidays. Nothing on website www.horizonparking.co.uk telling you how to pay, & they don't mention the website you need because I guess they want to fine you. Called Asda & got thru taking option for staff member. Finally a lovely lady told me to go to www.horizonspaces.co.uk I spent over an hour trying to find how to pay & this information isn't freely available anywhere. Woohoo..No fine. No thanks to Horizon or Asda Customer support line :-)

- Wish the council or Asda would explain the new car parking system. It would have helped if they had given some advanced knowledge of this. We get enough unhelpful rubbish (leaflets) through our doors don't you think that this might have been of some benefit.
