 - Had to go to a nearby business at 8am. This parking garage was convenient and very reasonable price - the early bird before 9am is great - best rate in the area. Parking was easy with pay station on street/lobby level prior to exiting.

 - I went into the parking structure this morning and realized it was the wrong place. I was there less than 5 minutes and the machine charged me FOUR DOLLARS. The rate sheet on this page says $2 for every 15 minutes. What's wrong with this picture? There must be a way to allow people to get out within a few minutes without paying. It was an honest mistake. I'll contact you another way in order to receive a refund that i expect in full. Thank you
