 - liars!!!!! although the sign in the entrance says you can pay the daily fee in advance than go in and out during the day it's lie!!! Everytime you'll be fully charged again. And the monthly rate is also a trap: employee informed that it can't be done unless you work in some specific company/building. Thieves! Call the cops and arrest these thieves!

 - cont "$20 to remove the locks or $250 for the towing fee", which is obviously a way of scamming people into giving up more money. The idiot worker had the AUDACITY to point to a sign that says " VISITOR PARKING; VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED" a sign that is placed in every freaking parking lot and has NOTHING to do with the stupid key policy. These people are CHEAP and will take whatever they can get, go to the Hollywood and Highland Structure or pretty much anywhere else.

 - Do NOT park here. The people who work here are dirty. I have never had a problem with parking in my life, but somehow this place is a shit show. For some crazy reason my mom decided to park in the most expensive lot in the area. The fact that these people charge you 5x as much as any other parking lot in the area was a red flag to begin with (They charge you every 12 minutes, are you kidding me?!) The parking lot is arranged in such a way that a row of cars can park against a wall, while other visitors can park in front of them and block you in. They expect you to give them your keys if you are parked in one of these spaces so that they can move it if someone wants to leave. So not only do they expect visitors to trust cheap people with their cars, but if you're blocked in you're faced with the inconvenience of having to wait while the move another person's car so that you can leave. The worker calls this system "modern" but we all know that it is a cheap way of making more money. And no, they do not state this clearly; they put the signs notifying this in the CORNERS of the garage, NOT where the parking spaces are. You would think that after charging people for every 12 minutes, they'd be able to afford more signs. Not only do they grossly overcharge you but if you neglect to give up your keys (even though the system is not clear to visitor) they will lock up your tires and threaten to tow it away. When this happened to my dad's car all the incompetent worker could say was
