- I parked at the lot on 7/31/2021. I tried to pay with the scan system on my iPhone. I filled out all the items and the cost came back as $10. I tried to pay on my phone but could not come up with a site to pay with my credit call.
We had early dinner reservations with friends waiting and my wife said we needed to go and we can pay when we get back. I came back to the car after dinner and I had a paper on the my car saying I had a parking violation and needed to pay $60. I e-mailed the web site and the reply ignored my issue and and told me to pay the $60. I have been trying to reach someone from the company to explain the issue and pay the $10 but no one will answer the phone number listed.
