- On Friday November 12, 2021 I was leaving the parking area and did not get a receipt from your machine. I talked to attendant about my issue. She was alone taking cash receipts. She took my name, email address and last 4 digits of credit card 3436 and said you would e-mail me a receipt. I have not received an e-mail as promised.
This is the third time this event has happen that the machine does not give a receipt. I need the receipt for a business purposes.
Please immediately send me a receipt for my expense reports.
