 - One of the best lots in Midtown Detroit. I appreciate the hard work Mohammad and his family puts into this lot. Mohammad also keeps the lot clean and ensures his customers feel welcome and safe. I am always going to park here while he is around.

 - Mohammad makes my day every morning!

 - Mohammad and his sons are awesome! They maintain the lot well, and treat customers like family. I have been coming to this lot and the secretary of state for years. They are the by far the best people I have met that worked at this lot.

 - I parked here to go to Secretary of State, and the lot was very well maintained. The clerk was nice and professional. I would have rate this as 5 stars but they don’t allow you to leave and come back the same day with out charging you again. There are signs stating no in and out.

 - Great service, Mohammad is really nice and knows how to take care of his customers.

 - I am very, very upset! I have been a faithful MONTHLY patron who has been parking on this lot for 3 years. I keep my hanging tag on my rearview mirror at all times. I understand that the attendant, Mohammed, has not been there since March, but as an essential worker, I still have to report to work daily. Just because there's no attendant on site, one would assume that the monthly people should still be allowed to park there, especially if their pass is displayed. Where's the loyalty to your regular customers? If everyone else shows loyalty to essential workers, why cant't you? Is it only just about money with you? Is this your way of saying when things get back to normal, you no longer want your faithful customers? Mohammed has asked me to refer more of my coworkers to become monthly customers, and I have, but maybe I won't anymore. Maybe, I should no longer be a monthly customer either. It's not fair to treat your LOYAL customers this way!!!
