 - I was shocked to have to pay for parking when patrons have no say in the amount of time it will take to catch the trolly and be returned to the garage. Additionally, the trolly can only accommodate 1 wheelchair/walker/stroller at a time, which further extended the amount of time my car was in the garage.

 - As if they couldn't make the parking situation worse--now they tore down one of the parking garages. It's an awful mess for people visiting loved ones in the hospital. The machines for payment are unreliable. What's next? If I could give zero stars, I would.

 - your parking cash taking machines really suck! They are worse than one armed bandits. Rigged to maxmize cash extraction from patients and visitors.

 - Awful situation with the parking at University Hospital. The machines are often broken in both the parking garage and the surface parking. The machines in surface parking don't take cash and the machines that do take cash often don't work. I saw one person struggle and struggle with a machine and finally drive up over the curb.

 - I had paid for my ticket at the kiosk with a credit card and when I tried to exit the parking lot, the gate bar would not open. Danielle assisted me but I had to go the next exit. I checked my credit card and the amount had been charged. It was Friday night, April 13, 2018. It had just started raining and thunder and lightning. Very annoying and frustrating about this experience with your parking process. On Thursday night, I had no problem. I have seen people get frustrated in the past and I experienced this on Friday night. You need to have a live person in the area at all times of the day and night.
