- I work in this building and occasionally park here. At times I work past their working hours which is 9PM, at which time they close. Often if I get there right before 9, I find that they often slink out well before then. You'll then have to call a central colonial operator/dispatcher who will tell you that you'll have to wait 30-40 minutes so that someone can come back and unlock the gate for you. There have been several times when I've had to wait well beyond 2.5 HOURS for them to come back. I'd usually opt to just uber or taxi, but when I call their number, they assure me that someone is "on the way" and it will only be 5 minutes before they reach the location. This place is WRETCHED. They should really have a ticket system that automatically has the door open and close and charges a credit card. They wouldn't need to employ people and no one would need to wait HOURS for someone to unlock a wretched garage!
