the machine at the exit doesn’t recognize the credit card that was used to tap in. Stuck at the exit for trying to speak to someone for more than 45 minutes and a guy show up and charged us the daily maximum for parking there for less than 30 minutes. The guy said get a ticket next time, don’t use the tap in/ tap out function. They know it’s not working but still continue to let people to use credit card to tap in.
