- We were picked up approximately 9:30pm on Friday, August 9, 2019 by Bus #248. As soon as we put our luggage on the rack, my wife was barely able to take a seat as the driver took off. I almost fell as he accelerated--he was driving so fast, erratically weaving in-and-out of the pick up lane at the airport. I stood holding a grab rail until he stopped long enough for me to jump into a seat. The driver had an attitude and kept yelling “What Stop?” We didn’t know what stop number we had gotten on at—normally the bus drives around the lot and we press the yellow bar to indicate where we need to get off. The driver was perturbed and told us our section would be numbers 1-5. However, the stop itself was number 8, at Section N-4. We honestly thought we would not make it to our stop. Most other drivers assist in loading luggage, or at least ensuring passengers are seated/stable before moving the bus. I would give you his name, but it wasn’t displayed. I’m fairly confident that mis-management doesn’t know who was driving that bus that night, but this man should never drive anyone anywhere. He was erratic, unstable, and clearly irritated. Fortunately, my wife was eventually able to remember our parking location—the abrupt “take off” caused her to momentarily forget. When we eventually arrived at N-4, he yelled at us the number of our stop. This is completely out of character for the LongTerm parking at BWI—he should not be driving for you any more.
