- My wife and I had car trouble last evening and we went to the Airport Garage Office for assistance. I want to say the staff there was extremely helpful and empathetic to our situation. Fortunately Mike was on duty and was able to quickly jump start our car and get us on our way. I did not get the ladies name who co-ordinated our rescue, but she was great in her welcoming attitude and pleasant.
I have flown 2.5M miles on Delta -- all originating out of Cincinnati. Needless to say I will continue to support the garage I will only park in.
