Downtown Residential Overnight Parking Program (DROP). The city provides an overnight parking option for downtown residents only. Participants of this program are allowed unlimited use of one of two downtown parking structures at 842 Palm Street or 871 Marsh Street at a cost of $125 per month, billed on a quarterly basis ($375). Applicants must provide proof of downtown residency.

Proxcards: Park in one of our three parking structures with an access pass (billed quarterly). Applications are available at the Parking Services Office, 1260 Chorro St., Suite B. You must sign up in person.

Downtown Merchant Validation Program: The parking validation program has been created to offer customers 60 minutes of free parking, compliments of participating downtown businesses. Bundles of 100 validation tokens or stickers are available for $75 and must be purchased with a business check or credit card.
