 - I was extremely disappointed to learn that after my daughter's major surgery at the Children's Hospital, I was charged $83.00 for 4 days of stay. Of course, when we arrived at the Children's Hospital at 5:54 am, their valet parking was closed as was their parking deck. So I was told to park at the Plum Street garage. No one advised me that if I do not move my car to the Children's Hospital lot, I would be charged this much!! Shame on them for charging this much a patient during these terrible economic times! Absolutely will never park there again!

 - My wife parked the car there yesterday while I was in surgery. She was tense and hence. Forgot to take the trceipt after paying the parking fees, she paid $10. .00 as per the the ticket" as she forgot to retrieve the receipt, we could not get out. Tried to contact someone but at least 2-3 different buttons did not work. Finally found one which worked" the lady answered it and told me that someone will come there. A gentleman showed up. We told him what happened. Immediate he said you are LYINGwhat a stupid remark by that man" he should have tried to find what was going on and what kind of people he was dealing with. We are both senior citizens of 73 plus age. I think these type of stupid questions should not be allowed by your employees,. Thanks for listenin

 - If I could give it 0 stars I would. Today after a doctors appt my children and I were basically held hostage in the garage because their payment machines weren't working. After the upstairs machine on the bridge didn't work I contacted the attendant who told me to use the machine at the exit, which also didn't recognize the ticket. I had to wait for the one and only attend to respond again only to be told I could only pay with a credit card and he would run it on the company cell phone he had. I paid $5 for less than 2 hours and had to wait 30 minutes to get out. The people in front of me paid in cash but were told they'd have to return to their business office for change in the morning. I'm sure that was convenient for them. Unacceptable. Best is this is not the first, second or third time that I was held up by their incompetence. This garage is terrible.
