 - Constant elevator issues and ice issues. Maintenance is an issue. If you want monthly parking you are put on a waiting list which they lose.

 - Concrete regularly falls on vehicles. The company owes me a $65 refund that they said they would pay for a month after I stopped parking there but they are refusing to send me a check. The elevators regularly break. The stairs usually smell like urine.
