 - I love this garage. It's one-way so you don't have to worry about oncoming traffic while looking for parking (unless there's a deranged drunk person) and there's plenty of space to navigate. The parking spaces are large, and there's always a human to check out upon exit. Because it's across from the fire station, you never have to worry about Pine Street being closed. Easy access in and out and close to I-4 on-ramps.

 - Just went to a Basketball game with my son I am from out of country and never noticed any signs , Backed in a space to make it easier to leave after the game and a $37 dollar ticket is there on my windshield . What a scam the city of Orlando has going not only paid for the parking in their garage but $37 ticket on top of this . I have called their traffic number the lady is out of town for a week of course. Never heard of such rule anywhere else also to object to it you have to have a form notarized and given to traffic division in person. Pretty much impossible if you are visiting from out of country. I call shame on City of Orlando for this BS especially on tourists...

 - Loooooove the proximity of this kit to everything!

 - It is true! This place is a scam. My friend was visiting and parked there for two nights and left in the afternoon on the second day and the cost was 45 dollars. So even if the max was applied for two nights that would be $30. She arrived on Tuesday at 6pm left on Thursday at 2pm. How does that equal $45? Who do we contact to file a real complaint?

 - This lot continuously overcharges people. One overnight from 6pm to 1 pm the next day was $28. Even if charged $15 for a whole day, then an early bird rate for the next day is $8. That's $23. They are scammers.
