 - Review as of September 2019: Closest covered parking for the James Museum, Datz, Al Lang Stadium, and Central Ave bars / restaurants. Fully automated garage – credit card only at exit gate on each floor (can pay cash at pay station on ground floor of NW elevator lobby) open 24/7. Elevators located in the NW and NE corners along Central Ave – both work! Daily parking costs $1 per hour, max of $7 per day, new day starts at 5am, $20 lost ticket fee. Cheap ($3) parking for Saturday Morning Markets! Events are usually $5 prepay at the entrance on 1st Ave S. Clean, safe, and lots to do nearby. Free downtown Looper stops nearby with travel to Vinoy Park, Tropicana, and USF.

 - Good location, central avenue is completely blocked off on the North side of the building and has been for about 2 years. This would be as big as issue if the northeast elevator out of commission. It's been down almost a year now, so if you're headed to the waterfront you're forced to take the stairs.

 - As a monthly paid parker - I can say this garage is easy in and easy out but the elevator has been out of commission for almost a year due to fire. I usually don't mind taking the stairs but this stairwell is DISGUSTING and using it is like descending into the bowels of a hell! The handrails are untouchable as they are coated with years of grime and God knows what else. Every landing has urine and/or vomit on it - This makes for a fabulous, gag inducing odor! SCP should really step up their game, grab a couple of bottles of bleach, a scrub brush, and some Clorox wipes for the handrails and make the stairwell less disgusting. Fixing the elevator would be a nice touch, or at least update the signs. Rather than elevator temporarily out of order - they could go with a more direct and honest approach..."No Elevator - Plug your nose and hoof it up or down the stairs" - If you are reading this be thankful it's not a scratch and sniff post!
