- If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went to park on a Saturday morning (around 9) and the ticket dispenser wasn't working, but it said to get a ticket from the ticket attendee so I did. But there was nobody working the booth. I was super confused and had to ask around if the parking was actually free. Turns out it wasn't, but one of the parking structure employee said that I should get free parking because the ticket attendee was supposed to be in there from 7, but to ask the security to make sure. I go up to tell the security and try explain the situation. I tell them that the ticket attendee is not in the booth so I can't get a ticket. But the skinny short security lady told me, "Go leave then". I was a little shocked by that response, but thought she was misunderstanding what I was trying to tell her so I tried to clarify what I was trying to say. Then she told "If the ticket attendee isn't there then you can't get a ticket so leave". Now I'm actually glad that I didn't waste my money over there.
