- Went to a Friday night show at the Know. Paid my $8 at the kiosk on the first floor. Yet when I left <3 minutes later, the ticket wouldn’t work, and I was again charged $8.

- Saw a spectacular show at Know Theatre right next door, so was parked here for less than three hours. I was SHOCKED that I had to pay $16!!! Granted this was a Saturday night, but still. Paid the same amount for my ticket to the show, but unlike the show, the parking fee left me feeling infuriated. Not the way I want to end my evening. I will no longer use this garage.

- I had not used this garage for about two years but today, Saturday, thinking the $5.00 flat fee I had paid before, was in effect, I parked there. SURPRIZE!! Public parking, allowed on weekends and after some business hours during work days, is now SIXTY PERCENT HIGHER! It is $8.00 flat fee. No wonder there were not that many cars there today. The 3CDC parking garage nearby at Washington Park offers hourly rates, much cheaper and now offers a Parking Rewards Program. Not parking at Gateway anymore.
