- I have been parking there for two years in the basement and loved the place and the person working there with whom I had a great relationship. However, that person left and moved out of the city and that is when I had my issue. the new person for some reason targeted me and asked me to leave my keys with him because I'm always parking in the same spot and he needs to move my car if needed. then I told him that I did not feel comfortable leaving my keys and asked him to show me where I could park so that he didn't have to move my car and take the keys. at that time he made it about my time of coming and leaving and started giving me excuses that didn't make sense and He had to take my keys. coming this morning, I wanted to talk to him and explain the situation and he was like no I'm taking your keys. then I decided to leave and park elsewhere, and as I was leaving He told me that his family owned the company, which meant that He would do whatever he wanted to.
I wanted to raise this issue and express my frustration. it is sad that the employee was representing the company better than "the family member"
