 - Great configuration and spaces, but occasionally there are issues with transponders for contract parkers. Other reviews mention higher hourly/daily rates than advertised, but I wouldn't know as I have a monthly contract there. It is one of the more expensive garages in the area, though.

 - Try One Shell Square garage, entrance is a few blocks closer to Poydras. Rates are straight forward. Very Convenient to the hotels.

 - This garage has been notorious for false advertising and over charging. I parked for what I thought was going to cost me $15 (per their sign out front) and had to pay $36 to get my car out. Their were employees there that I expressed my opinion to but of course they couldn't do anything about it. "They just work there". This is not my first time being screwed by this garage but it won't happen again. I'm never parking there ever again and I'd advise anyone else to avoid it unless you have no other alternative. As you may have read from other previous poor reviews, there are plenty of alternatives.

 - Great place to park but watch your charges! I was overcharged and they would not credit me for the overcharge! I could have parked in a different garage for less money! The garage manager did not call me back even when I left messages. When I reached him he would not take responsibility for his employees or his mistake. Instead he called his employees "Dimwits". There are many other garages to park in and I will never park in this garage again!
