 - This lot is located attached to the hotel I stayed in, but when I checked in it told me that I would be charged $6 for up to 15 hours. I checked out after 14 hours and 10 minutes and was charged over $30. Their system then locked me in the second day and I sat there for 15 minutes with cars backing up behind me. When I called the support line posted it told me no one was available to help and to call back later. Not sure how this is at all legal.

 - This ramp is the bane of my existence. It's centrally located and easy to get to the skyway, but the ramp itself has been under construction for over a year now. The 2nd street exit has been blocked off for the same amount of time, levels often smell like weed and are poorly lit, and they changed the Early Bird deal so that even if you arrive prior to 9:00am as required, if you leave earlier than 4:00pm you have to pay the full day price of $27.00. There's often a large line right around that 9am time, so if you're hoping to make the Early Bird deal plan to arrive at least by 8:45.

 - The price was $25 for less than two hours. The payment booth provided no receipt and the website given to get a receipt is not functional.

 - I love this lot, easy to get to, close to work, gates always work, and the skyway is quickly accessible. Sounds like one of the Nay Sayers just made a mistake with their free ticket and there was nothing the attendant could really do to help. I just call that a learning experience. You scan on the way out, not on the way in, unless you are a Monthly Parker or whatever. Have a little patience with the system dear friend.

 - No reciept from the online site getmyreciept.com(its a dead link). 26 dollars to park for the day. Bad choice.

 - actually I would give this ramp a BIG 0 for rating!!! My husband and I went to a concert on 3/20/19 and had a free parking pass for this lot from ticketmaster. when we went to leave we were unable to leave because the pass would not work, but did work when we entered the lot. The attendant told us that someone already scanned/used the pass which was us when we entered the lot (the time she told us it was used was the same time as we entered the lot) the car was parked there the whole time and we did not leave during the concert. we could not get out unless we paid $17 - what a joke! The parking lot attendant was not helpful AT ALL and extremely and I mean extremely rude- how they can have someone like that working there is unreal. we would have parked in a closer ramp if we knew this crap was going to happen and would end up paying that much to park. What an awful experience!! I suggest picking another ramp - and I really hope that attendant looks for a new job- helping/dealing with people is not for her AT ALL!!!! SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

 - I spent today, 1/12/19 in downtown Minneapolis attending a Wilderness First Aid class. The class was great, but my parking experience sucked. I parked from 8:00 until 5:15 in the Northstar Center ramp, 110 7th St South. The ramp was dirty, poorly lit and even as a guy, I felt unsafe. For this experience I was gouged $22.00.
