 - I have been stuck in this garage in front of the entry. Several other cars. The system does not allow us in and does not allow to back out. No one answers the assistance button. Please do not join…. Mediocre, unresponsive, dangerous….

 - Parked there last Friday, and Saturday my debit card had 500$ of fraudulent charges. It was the only place I had used my card in over 10 days.

 - They took away employee validation so now we have to pay at least $37.00 per shift. No one knows who actually owns the garage so trying to find monthly parking has been more work than it should be.

 - Was parked in this ramp for no more than 2 hours on Wednesday 10/17 and was charged $35. Outrageous!!!

 - I agree with all above. In addition, I parked in the ramp last week for 4 hours and was charged $125.00. Yep, that's one hundred and twenty five dollars. There is no information on the tickets as to what entity owns the parking ramp, or what phone number to call. The person who answered was nice enough, but didn't have a clue what to do. VERY bad management, especially for a premium price ramp.

 - Terrible! Tight corners, dirty, dark, confusing expensive rates. Then when I asked where a restroom was, I was treated like I was a bum. I may not have been dressed up but was clean. I wanted to check out the new YMCA when they open at the end of January but I will never park downtown again!

 - Terrible ramp. The rates aren't posted until you are already inside the ramp and HAVE to take a ticket to exit. They charge $5 for 0-20 and $20 for over 20 minutes! It's a total sham because drivers aren't able to view the posted rates until already in the building and committed to taking a ticket. I drove in, saw the rates, saw they were too high for what I could pay, had to take a ticket since it was impossible to turn around, drove directly to the exit and was charged $5. Horrible.

 - Very expensive parking. Basically $35 to park here.
