- I would rate them zero but wasn't clear if this was possible, so I entered one star. We booked the parking from Spot Hero and had the code on our phone, using it to enter the garage with no rejection or problem. When we left, we could not activate the gate with the code on the phone that allowed us to enter. At that point, we pushed the phone button and were connected with someone -- assumed to work for the parking garage operator -- who claimed the garage operator (SP+. ?) did not accept Spot Hero and that we would have pay to exit and deal. with Spot Hero to obtain a refund. At that point, we demanded to speak with her supervisor and suddenly she said she could take care of the matter and requested the Spot Hero ticket information. Then she opened the door, while about 4 people were delayed behind us from exiting the facility. I think this tactic was deliberate and will be reporting it to BBB and DC regulators when time permits. I've already reported it to Spot Hero, who said they were escalating it. Yes, I'm angry and probably wasting me time by submitting this review. We'll see.
