- Attendant kept me waiting so my tkt was 2min overtime and then over charged me. I pointed this out and he blamed the customer in front of me, then said the machine was broken. He was over the top rude and baligerent and refused to adjust my cost. It's not even the $$$ but the extremely horrible customer service and care that prompted me to write this and also file a formal complaint with AMB. The attendant (who refused to give me his name)working on Feb. 03 at 3PM needs further training in my opinion. I will NEVER use this lot again.
