- Workers were rude and unprofessional, I was trying to talk to the girl at the window but was to distracted by texting on her phone, the manager was to busy on personal phone calls, the directions on the park wiz app were wrong. Lost my ticket and they made me pay the $34 lost ticket fee even though I had proof I paid for 12 hours, manager refused to talk me, the took a photo copy of my license and registration which makes me very uncomfortable. I have sent multiple emails, bit have gotten no answer or apologie. I want to know why they needed my license and registration, I don't feel comfortable with the type of employees they have working there.
