- Getting parked into the lot using my online reservation code was no problem. Getting out on the other hand was the nightmare. When we got there, the man was trying to charge me again even though I had reserved my spot online. Then, we walked to the car and all of my car windows were open and the attendant said that he couldn't find the keys. After searching, the keys were on the floor of the car. It took us 30 minutes just to get out of there and the attendant claimed he had no idea why the windows were open. Overall, horrible experience.
