- I was very disappointed in the service we received August 11 around midnight when returning from our trip. The driver made no attempt to help us or any other passengers loading their luggage. We struggled with getting our luggage on and off the shuttle. One passenger almost fell and had to stand with her luggage. I have parked in your lot many times and the shuttle drivers were always accommodating and helpful. In fact, we have always tipped the driver for making our travel easy to and from the parking lot. I was surprised at your driver's poor work ethic!!! I guess our business in not appreciated. I was not surprised that the driver did not receive a single tip. We will think twice before using your parking service in the future.
