 - This lot is horrible. Lot computer has been broken for almost 3 months. Staff just say whatever. Franklin County Board needs to get it together and fix the problems instead of just sitting on their hands.

 - I parked in the new garage for a volleyball tournament yesterday and the special event rate was 10.00 which was to be paid at the kiosk upon leaving. I placed my garage ticket in my pocket and it must have fallen out during the day. I was there 6 hours. I searched everywhere and also at the lost and found to no avail. I knew there would be a lost ticket fee and was willing to pay 20.00, but 60.00 is absolutely ridiculous. I will never park there again.
