- Jacob, the attendant for this lot most days, is professional and cheerful. He juggles an overfull lot and a variety of requests amazingly well.
The lot is a little difficult to get to because of the one-way and blocked streets. But once you get there, it is extremely convenient to the central downtown block with the State Capital and many other downtown locations. And it feels safer with a live attendant rather than a box where you pay.
