- I had an eye appointment and entered the wrong parking deck. Since my doctor validates parking, I exited as soon as I realized my error. Unfortunately, I was charged a fee to exit even though I didn't park. The attendant couldn't assist as he said the system was automated. He was very condescending and repeated himself over and over as if I was unable to understand him. He never offered a solution. I eventually paid the fee but called the manager. I got his voicemail and left a message requesting a call back. It's been 8 days and no call was received. I will never park in this deck again due to the bad customer service and I will tell all of my friends, social media contacts, and coworkers at a large uptown office to avoid this parking deck. I gave this one star because zero was not an option.
