 - Do not park here, They were open for public parking but they did not update the hours. There was no staff to inform people of the updated hours. I ended up parking here and the security literally held my car hostage for 3 days telling me I need to come back Monday (I parked Friday). When I addressed that I don't even live in Cali and I will be leaving on Monday the guards were literally like "Tough luck too bad" I literally had to come back as a church goer just to get my car

 - I was afraid that the downtown area was not going to be easy, that why I never went. After hearing Shawb P. comments, I will not be going any time soon.

 - I had to park here for a few hours midday on a week day. It might seem a little sketchy if you're not used to LA (lots of homeless people just outside of the entrances, sometimes blocking the entrances), but it's pretty nice for downtown. I found an open spot not too far in, which was nice, but the signage is a bit confusing for things like price, open/close times, exits, pay areas, etc. so I can see people getting into some pretty crappy situations. That being said, it's pretty typical for the area. My car wasn't broken into, made my walk to the hall of records super short, and I spent $20. All in all, I found it to be convenient and decently safe.

 - Terrible service, and the staff could care less about you. We were overcharged (more than listed pricing, not given a receipt, and on top of that, we were not told that the parking garage was about to close. We returned a short time later to find the garage locked, with no way to get our car. Security was zero help and basically told us it was our own fault. I was left stranded in downtown Los Angeles with two young children, and they wouldn't even let me get the car seats out of my car in order to safely transport my children home with lyft or a cab. The staff was rude, unhelpful and dishonest.
