 - A friend and I both parked our cars here on a Sunday while visiting various attractions. We parked from early in the morning to about 9:30pm. When we got back to the garage, the doors were closed and we had to use the buzzer to be let in. Rather than be annoyed, I thought that was a nice added security measure. We hopped in our cars and saw the gates were closed... what we didn't understand was that by putting our tickets into the machine and paying the $10 (for all day -- such a deal!!), the gates would automatically open to let us out. We soon found out and thought that was another excellent security measure. We were quite pleased with our parking experience and I will definitely park there in the future when I'm in the area.

 - This was an exceptional experience--$10 for 2:30 PM until almost 8:00 PM on a Saturday. It was confusing because my ticket also kept reading voided or invalid, but when I entered my credit card, it charged me only the $10. Being next to the Hilton Downtown where my relatives could look out the window and see my departure, it felt like one of the safer parking options.

 - We received a bill for $30 because we supposedly lost our ticket and they had to open the doors for us. That's not true. I don't see why why have to pay those extra $30 when we only stayed there for one night

 - Paid for parking for two nights while staying at the Hyatt House. Every time we tried to exit, it would say our ticket is voided. We have to call the number and answer 15 questions before we are let out if the garage. This happened every time we tried to go out of the garage. They never fixed our ticket. Do not use this garage, their system is messed up and no apologies were ever said. Bad service!
