- We got ripped off at this garage, I will never use the garage again. We paid at the elevator, it cost $32 for 4h 17m. We then went to our car loaded in the baby and all of our stuff, by the time we got to the exit gate we were charged another $14. We talked to the manager Lawrence and were told that's downtown parking rules. He stated you have ten minutes to leave the garage once you pay or you get charged again. He stated this rule is on the receipt but it is not. He also stated that we should have paid at the gate but all over the garage it says to take your ticket with and pay at the pay station. He told us there was nothing he could do and we had to pay again to leave and he took our plate number down. Such an awful experience.
