- Beware of a bait-and-switch! Upon arrival at the lot, they tried to charge me an extra $15 (double cost) for having a minivan. My reservation was made clearly showing the vehicle make and model. The staff was extremely rude about it too. Fortunately a Spothero rep was able to exchange my reservation here for a better nearby lot.
